Abnormal noise refers to the overload of the motor, where the torque of the motor is less than the required torque of the load, and the locked rotor torque of the motor is greater than the required torque of the load. Heating refers to the excessive current of the motor (which is usually normal). If it is very hot or if the lockup time is too long, it is easy to burn the motor (motor demagnetization). To put it bluntly, it is very difficult for a small horse to pull a cart, and it is even more difficult to pull the cart in order to pull the small horse. Therefore, it will generate heat (increase the current), and pulling the cart is very difficult (abnormal noise). The abnormal noise is caused by the damaged bearing of the servo motor, and the heating is due to high current. Essentially, it is the abnormal high current generated by the servo motor to overcome the vibration of the motor shaft. It is estimated that the motor is damaged and needs to be dealt with as soon as possible, otherwise the fault will expand.
